Аз съм Димитър и съм баща на три прекрасни деца и живея в София.Като юноша се разболях от анафилактоидна пурпура (болест на Schönlein-Henoch) – рядко заболяване, което засегна тежко бъбреците ми.

След години борба се наложи да започна хемодиализа, а сега единственият ми шанс за живот е бъбречна трансплантация.

Имам реципиент, моята майка. Трансплатацията ще бъде извършена в Турция, но сумата от 22 000 евро е непосилна за мен и моето семейство.

Затова се обръщам за помощ към всеки с добро сърце и възможност да помогнете. Моля помогнете!

I am Dimitar and I am a father of three wonderful children and I live in Sofia.As a teenager I got sick with anaphylactoid purpura (Schönlein-Henoch disease) - a rare disease that severely affected my kidneys.

After years of struggle I had to start haemodialysis and now my only chance of life is a kidney transplant.

I have a recipient, my mother. The transplant will be carried out in Turkey, but the sum of 22 000 euros is unaffordable for me and my family.

So I appeal for help to anyone with a good heart and the ability to help. Please help!
