Аз съм Калина приятелка на Ралица Паскалева от гр.София. Тя има две прекрасни деца, но за съжаление живота не спира да я сблъсква с трудности.
Марти и Кати са родени секцио поради медицински причини. След 1 г. и 7 м. майката започва да се притеснява силно за Марти, че детето не проговаря и не осъществява контакт и т.н., но л.л. е твърдяла, че това е временно. Около 2 г. възраст е посетен за първи път логопед и е извършена комплексна диагностика, която установява, че детето е от аутистичния спектър, и по думите на специалиста се намирал по периферията на спиралата. Посещавал е около година и половина частна детска градина в района на Орлов мост, където що-годе успешно е работено с логопед, психолог и ерготерапевт. Следват 2 години в стандартна държавна детска градина, където е работено с ресурсен учител, логопед и психолог. Междувременно детето е водено на логопед.
В момента Марти посещава ЦОП - филиал на 113 училище "Георги Ангушев", където с него работи психолог и логопед, също и ерготерапевт. Детето основно се опитва да пише, оцветява и рисува, но само и единствено с чужда помощ. Може да съпоставя написани цифри с дървените им съответстващи цифри, но при молба не може да подаде например три предмета, съответстващи на цифрата 3. Харесва водата и се успокоява от плуване.
Преди около година е посещавал барокамера, терапията му е действала благоприятно и успокояващо. На около 4 г. възраст майката е завела Марти на транзкраниална електростимулация при американски експерт, който е работил във Варна, но не е имало ефект.
Наблюдаемото му поведение накратко: не може да се съсредоточи за повече от няколко минути. Върти ръчичките си от китките, често и като че ли породено от неизяснена болка, детето се самонаранява, удряйки се по главата, хапе се, хапе и други хора. Напишква се през нощта, не сигнализира при позиви за уриниране. С дефекацията има по- малко трудности, когато е в дома си.
Малката Кати, която е на 6г. е с идентична диагноза поставена на 1г. и 9м. По време на бременността са направени всички възможни превантивни изследвания. Към момента детето посещава логопед, музикотерапия и ерготерапевт.
Майката Ралица е на ръба на отчаянието и последната й надежда е лечението със стволови клетки в Турция. Затова се обръщаме към вас МИЛИ хора, да дадем шанс на Марти и Кати за нов пълноценен живот.

I am Kalina, a friend of Ralitsa Paskaleva from Sofia. She has two wonderful children, but unfortunately life keeps giving her difficulties.
Marty and Kathy were born by cesarean section for medical reasons. After 1 year and 7 months the mother started to worry a lot about Marty, that the child was not talking and not making contact etc., but the l.l. claimed that this was temporary. Around the age of 2, a speech and language therapist was first seen and a comprehensive diagnostic assessment was carried out, which established that the child was on the autistic spectrum, and in the words of the specialist was on the periphery of the spiral. He had been attending a private kindergarten in the Eagles Bridge area for about a year and a half, where he had been working with a speech therapist, a psychologist and an occupational therapist with some success. Then 2 years in a standard state kindergarten where he worked with a resource teacher, speech therapist and psychologist. In the meantime the child was taken to a speech therapist.
Currently Marty attends the CSC - a branch of the 113th school "Georgi Angushev", where a psychologist and a speech therapist work with him, also an occupational therapist. The child mainly tries to write, colour and draw, but only with the help of others. He can match written numbers with their wooden counterparts, but when asked cannot produce, for example, three objects corresponding to the number 3. Likes water and is calmed by swimming.
About a year ago he visited a bath chamber, the therapy had a beneficial and calming effect on him. At about 4 years of age the mother took Marty for transcranial electrostimulation to an American expert who worked in Varna, but it had no effect.
His observable behaviour in short: unable to concentrate for more than a few minutes. He twists his hands from the wrists, frequently and as if triggered by unexplained pain, the child self-harms, hitting himself on the head, biting himself, and biting other people. He urinates at night, does not signal when called to urinate. Has less difficulty with defecation when at home.
Little Kathy who is 6 yrs old has an identical diagnosis diagnosed at 1 yr 9m. All possible preventive tests were done during pregnancy. The child is currently seeing a speech therapist, music therapy and an occupational therapist.
The mother Ralitsa is on the verge of despair and her last hope is stem cell treatment in Turkey. That is why we are appealing to you, DEAR PEOPLE, to give Marty and Kathy a chance for a new full life.
