The amount available and the total amount donated for the campaign have decreased. What is the reason for that?

If the available and undisbursed amount on the platform and the total donated amount have decreased, it means that a donor has requested a refund. For example: Total amount donated to the campaign: EUR 10,000 Available and undisbursed amount in the campaign: EUR 3,000 A donor requests a refund of their donation of EUR 1,000 Then the amounts shall be as follows: Total amount donated to the campaign: EUR 9,000 Available and undisbursed amount in the campaign: EUR 2,000

I made a donation to an account but I forgot to write the name of the beneficiary in the reason for the payment.

When you can make a donation for a campaign to an IBAN account of the Foundation, please note that it is individual for the specific campaign. If you made a donation to an account that is written in the campaign of the beneficiary on the platform (not in social media or news site!) and you have forgotten to write the beneficiary’s name, please bear in mind that the donation will be transferred to the respective campaign. If you have transferred the amount to an account other than the one announced in the campaign for the respective person and you have not written the reason for the payment, the amount will be transferred to the person who is holding the account at that moment. If you have concerns, you can email the platform team so that they can check it. Send us a photo or screenshot of the payment order (with all details visible) to office@pavelandreev.org and we will give you feedback.

I want to put a donation box for a campaign I support on the platform. I want more information.

The PavelAndreev.ORG platform does not deal with placing, tracking and reporting donation boxes. Further, the platform cannot give you permission or ban you to do so. If you want to place one – you only and solely bear the responsibility for raising money, reporting and depositing the campaign.

What happens to the donated and unspent amount if the beneficiary dies?

In case of death of the beneficiary and if there is remaining available but unspent amount, the initiator of the campaign should transfer the funds to another campaign (or several campaigns) on the platform or to the Fund within the time limit set out in the General Terms and Conditions.

How does the Fund for Treatment of Children Abroad work?

The Fund for the Treatment of Children Abroad is a monthly donation by bank card or Paypal. By subscribing to the Fund, you allow the platform to withdraw a certain amount from your account. On the 1st day of each month, you will receive your report via email for the campaigns supported during the preceding month. If you do not receive an email, it means that there is no supported campaign. For that purpose, the email you subscribed with shall be used. With the option to donate to an IBAN account, you support the Fund once and you do not receive a report about the supported campaigns, but you can follow the timeline on the page of the Fund.

How can I manage my subscription? (to change it and/or unsubscribe)

You will receive a password on the email you entered when making the donation. With the email and password, you can manage your subscription at any time from your user profile on the platform - you can stop it and correct it. To adjust your subscription or unsubscribe, follow these steps: 1. Log in to your user profile from HERE with the email you entered when making the donation and the password we sent you to that email. 2. From the user menu, select "Monthly Donation" -> "Subscription List" 3. From the "Change" button, you can edit your monthly subscription. The change in the subscription amount will be reflected in the next automatic monthly donation. 4. You can stop your monthly subscription from the "Stop" button. No money will be withdrawn on the due date next month.

How can I find out which campaigns are supported by the Fund?

On the page of the Fund , there is a Timeline section where all the campaigns that have been supported and the exact amount that has been transferred are visible. Moreover, on the 1st day of the month you will receive a detailed report with the supported campaigns and the amounts transferred to them on the e-mail you have subscribed with to the Fund.

Fund for the Treatment of Children Abroad

PavelAndreev.ORG is an international platform for organizing fundraising campaigns managed by the Pavel Andreev Foundation. Headquarters: Bulgaria, Varna, 113 General Kolev Blvd., Nikulitsel Building, company No. 206678629. All donations made through the platform are collected and administered in Bulgaria by the Foundation team. The campaigns are also managed by the central team in Bulgaria. At the moment, the organization is not registered as a local entity in other countries.
