My name is Anelia Stefanova and I am the daughter of Detelina Nikolova. I am turning to you asking for help at the most difficult time of my mother's life, who is struggling with a diagnosis of cervical cancer, which has unfortunately metastasized to her liver and lung.

Our story began unexpectedly a month and a half ago when my mother called me with terrible news. She told me that she had hemorrhaged. The next day, after a series of exams and tests, we were given the horrible diagnosis of cervical cancer. We found out that along with the primary diagnosis, there were metastases to her liver and lung.

We consulted various doctors in Bulgaria but unfortunately each specialist suggested different therapies - surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy - without getting clear guidance on the best treatment. We did not know where to go and what to do. By chance, we contacted someone who had gone through the same struggle and recommended a doctor in Turkey.

We called Dr. Mesut and thanks to him we got a chance for a new treatment. After tests in Turkey, the diagnosis was confirmed and we were told that chemotherapy and immunotherapy were treatment options. However, this is extremely expensive and each therapy will cost around 7,000 BGN. My mother has to go through four courses of treatment, each with three therapies, which means we will have to travel to Turkey at least four times. After this period a 5D scan will be done to see if the treatment is having an effect or if other therapies will be required.

That is why we are asking for your help. My mother's treatment is our only chance for life, but the resources we need are very large and we cannot manage alone.
