От Понеделник 26.09 той вече не е в болница Мемориал, а преместен в Medicna Hospital. Промяна се наложи, заради предложение за ново по ефективно лечение. В Мемориал лекарите наистина положиха много усилия и направиха всичко необходимо за Митко, но за съжаление рака е толкова агресивен, че лечението не даде никакъв положителен резултат и от трите назначени протокола на лечение през който премина.
В новата болница професор prof.Mutlu Demiray назначи като начало на лечение генетичен тест, а материала за него вече е изпратен в САЩ, като резултата от теста трябва да даде по ясна представа за мутацията на раковите клетки, за да може да се назначи наистина ефективно лечение. Освен химиотерапия ... новото лечение ще бъде и с имунотерапия. Резултатите отнемат от 10 до 14 дни. През тези дни лекарите ще се постараят Митко да започне да се храни, като спазва строга диета определена от тях и ще му бъде прилагана и поддържаща терапия. Вчера на 27.09 лекарите от болница Медикана смениха стента, като до 2-3 дни се очаква той да му даде възможност да се храни. За 2 дни успяха и почти да нормализират всички кръвни изследвания на Митко и наистина с много вяра и надежда се надяваме, че ще му помогнат и Митко ще успее.

We would like to share with all of you some new information about Mitko.
As of Monday 26.09 he is no longer in Memorial Hospital but transferred to Medicna Hospital. The change was necessary because of a proposal for a new more effective treatment. At Memorial the doctors really tried hard and did everything necessary for Mitko, but unfortunately the cancer is so aggressive that the treatment did not give any positive result from the three prescribed treatment protocols he went through.
At the new hospital, Prof. Mutlu Demiray has appointed a genetic test as the start of treatment and the material for this has already been sent to the USA, the result of the test should give a clearer picture of the mutation of the cancer cells so that a really effective treatment can be appointed. In addition to chemotherapy ... the new treatment will also be with immunotherapy. Results take 10 to 14 days. During these days, the doctors will try to get Mitko started on a strict diet set by them and he will also be given supportive therapy. Yesterday on 27.09 doctors from Medicana hospital changed the stent, and in 2-3 days it is expected to enable him to eat. In 2 days they were also able to almost normalize all of Mitko's blood tests and it is really with a lot of faith and hope that they will help him and Mitko will be successful.
