What We Learned Together – Survey Results

A few weeks ago I invited you to take part in an anonymous survey and share what you would like to know more about PavelAndreev.ORG. Thank you to almost 500 people who took the time and voted – the results are extremely valuable and give a clear direction for the development of our communication.

🔑 Here is what we learned

After combining the voting and the open answers, we outlined 6 main lines of content that interest our community:

1️⃣ Success stories and real results

• Stories of healed people and saved lives.
• Short statistics: campaigns, donated funds, number of donors, countries.
  
  
• Thanks from beneficiaries to the donors.

2️⃣ Financial transparency and sustainability

• How the platform is financed and how the funds in the platform are managed.
  
  
• How we achieve transparency and accountability for each campaign in the platform.
  
  
• Why a team is needed and what exactly our role is.
  
  
• What happens if there are no donations for the platform.
  
  
• Measures against fraud and abuse.

3️⃣ “Behind the scenes” – how the platform works

• How a campaign is verified.
  
  
• What are the internal work processes and more information about the payment of funds to the beneficiaries.
  
  
• The technologies and the security behind the site.
  
  
• The invisible everyday work.

4️⃣ Difficulties and obstacles

• Meetings with institutions and bureaucracy.
• Problems with banks and payments.
  
  
• Why there are rejected campaigns.
  
  
• Personal difficulties and stress.
  
  
• Lessons from difficult or failed campaigns.

5️⃣ The team and personal motivation

• My personal story – why I created the platform.
  
  
• How a team is gathered and developed to do this work.
  
  
• How we cope with the pressure.
  
  
• Motivation for the development of the platform in the beginning and today.

6️⃣ Vision, development and global strategy

• Expansion into new countries.
  
  
• Long-term vision for 5–10 years.
  
  
• Comparison with other platforms.

👣 What comes next

Based on these results, we are preparing a comprehensive information campaign, which will include:

1. FAQ page – we will build a page with frequently asked questions and we will answer them. It will be located in the Information section in the footer of the site.
2. Newsroom series – developing the topics one by one, in detail.
3. Video content – we are considering informative videos in the YouTube channel of the platform, in which we will answer all the questions.
4. Public speaking and interviews – more appearances and talks from me personally.
