Hello dear friends and donors of Ellie. We continue Ellie's treatment bravely and persistently. We still have a long way to go in this battle but the important thing is that things are moving in the right direction albeit slowly. After we came home from the second rehab, a urine test was given as even though the antibiotic is heavy, her bladder still has an infection and Ellie is taking the antibiotic again. The organism is now poisoned but antibiotics are required because the bladder pain is quite unpleasant. From the constant antibiotics Ellie has continually had yeast infections and they are quite persistent. We struggle with treating them as well. Despite the slight progress in Ellie's walking condition, her nerve is still damaged and the pain in her leg is not abating. Tomorrow 12.04. 2025 we will take Ellie to Pirogov where the doctors who are monitoring her are waiting for a thorough examination. We hope for good news and advice from the doctors of Pirogov to at least relieve the pain. We still have a long road of treatment ahead of us and the fight continues. Thank you for being with us!
