My name is Liliana Hristova Nikolova, I am 53 years old, and today I turn to you with a huge request for help.

In the last year and a half my life has turned upside down. It all started when I discovered a lump on my breast. After multiple tests and biopsies, I heard the horrifying diagnosis - breast cancer, aggressive form, stage 2B. The difficulties didn't stop there. I went through six grueling chemotherapy treatments that managed to temporarily halt the progress of the disease. But because of complications related to my thyroid and type 2 diabetes, I was unable to undergo the necessary surgery.

The thyroid problem is serious - a large knot is resting against the trachea and this makes surgery extremely risky. In addition they found lesions on the lung.

I don't have the financial ability to pay for the surgery and my condition doesn't allow me to wait. My daughter is the only person close to me, but she lives and works abroad to provide for our minimal needs.
