След като касата ми изпрати 3 писма с отказ да финансира лечението ми, изпратих четвърто в което приложих доказателства, че лекарството е повлияло почти всички локализации на тумора – да видят, че искам пари които няма да бъдат хвърлени на вятъра. Най-вероятно въобще не са си направили труда да го погледнат защото мина цял месец без отговор.
Когато се опитах по входящия номер да разбера докъде са стигнали нещата ме препращаха няколко часа от номер на номер (10 на брой). На последния номер служителката беше много любезна, каза че това не е нейна работа, но ще разбере какво е станало и ще ми се обади.
Не се обади…
Явно си имат някакъв алгоритъм на отказ – след определен брой молби те слагат в черния списък и започват да те будалкат докато се отчаеш и сам се откажеш…
За съжаление съм принуден отново да се обърна с молба за помощ към Вас!

After the insurance company sent me 3 letters refusing to fund my treatment, I sent a fourth one in which I enclosed evidence that the drug had affected almost all the tumour sites - so they could see that I wanted money that would not be thrown to the wind. Most likely they didn't bother to look at it at all because a whole month went by with no response.
When I tried the incoming number to find out where things had got to I was referred from number to number (10 in number) for several hours. On the last number the employee was very polite, said it was none of her business but would find out what happened and call me back.
She didn't call...
Apparently they have some kind of rejection algorithm - after a certain number of requests they put you on the blacklist and start pushing you until you get desperate and give up yourself...
Unfortunately I am forced to ask for your help again!
